A journey up to close to where I used to live in Dorset, just of the A303 to the hamlet of West Bourton and the Dorset Classic Scramble Clubs 'CLASH OF THE TITANS'. A well organised event, with a fabulous Commentator who kept the crowd well informed with a few cheeky comments as well.
The track was ideal for all those riding, whether beginners or the hardened older individuals that performed like experts.
Dusty, of course it was, as have been most of the Classic Scrambles I've been too this year, either that or raining, but my kit kept functioning and the priority on getting home was to get myself and the kit clean.
I hope those that suffered a spill have recovered and the bruising is not too bad, good to see the Medics attending acted so quickly to tend those who had fallen.
Being honest I have no idea as to who won what, I was to engrossed in taking photos to take notes. It was good see a couple of ladies taking part and I spotted at least one youngster (No' 11) bringing young blood into the Classic lifestyle.
As per usual if you would like an F.O.C. e-copy of any of my photos please use the Contact page and give me your name and number.
