​Devon Classic Motorcycle Club ran another well organised and fully supported event at Smeatharpe, with a few slight course changes to the last event there that I attended but this didn't detract from the great racing round one of the longest tracks with lots of twists and turns and various changes in camber.   Not a course where mistakes could be hidden but a wonderful view of the track. Dust, clods of earth and more dust.  I got showered at times but it was well worth it (hubby has the job of cleaning my kit).  

I'm not mentioning any names but from my position in field there was a very audible ...t when one rider took a corner to tightly and hit one of those solid wood posts with their shin.  Others seemed to take delight in creating roosters as they cornered in my view or did the odd wheelie.  Yes I appreciated a little of the attention the camera was getting, and hopefully I captured a few of those antics.  

Thank you boys and girls for making this such a memorable event and Congratulations to those who won, were placed or indeed took up the Challenge and gave it a go.
