After the cancellation of a Major Muster earlier in the year due to the weather it was great to have this one go ahead in such a grand setting. Living History was set on the lawn infront of the Abbey, adjacent to the beautiful lakes and gardens. Fine Dining and a Court Leets took place inside and all three days cummulated in an epic battle of grand proportions. It pains me (being a staunch Parliamentarian) to say this but the Royalist Army looked awesome as they took to the field. The deployment, can't remember the posh word, was smart yet threatening so obviously somebody has been working hard to get them in line. My thanks to all. xx PS. There has been a bounty placed on the head of the Peacock, those who slept on LH will know why. ;-)
