My last Living History weekend of the year and it was spent at the beautiful 1620's Manor House at Donnington Le Heath with friends from far and near.
Fine Dining for the 'Posh' folk upstairs and a more meagre meal for the Servants served down, with plenty of humour ( yes I confess to adding an anachronism to three maybe four of the photos, but sometimes you have to laugh at yourself).
The wonderful backdrop of the Manor House means its a delight for the re-enactors and the visitors appreciated the house being brought to life by our presence.
Thank you to the Staff and Volunteers who work there and to Leicestershire County Council for all of the effort put into making this venue one of the best in the Country.
