Having had a very brief excursion into the Lake District when we were travelling home from Edinburgh, we decided to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary (Nov 5th) by returning for the weekend.  And what a weekend, glorious weather, excellent Travel Lodge in Cockermouth and an idea of where we wanted to visit.  So up and out early each morning to take photos of Wast Water, Wasdale Head, Buttermere, Honister Pass and lots lots more.
