Not just a surprise for Grandson Alex but it was for Tom as he didn't know I'd booked him a Kart as well. And so it came to pass that I couldn't stop urging Tom on between thinking 'should I have done this' then realising yes I should even if he is driving with gritted teeth.

Real fun watching the concentration on their faces and they both assured me they enjoyed it as well.


PS.  I won't mention the lap speeds. ;-)
