A hectic weekend for Hubby and myself as we sweltered in the heat and Hubby took things easy as he recuperated from illness.  Our thanks go to those who gave him a hand and to those who came and enquired as to how he was. It was truly appreciated.

Congratulations to the young Godolphins who married in the Under Croft of Newark Castle on Saturday, Nick and Kay may you have a wonderful and happy life together.

Also congratulations to those who took part in the Musket Competition which was very narrowly won by Tower Hamlets.

Scots Brigade you were superb, no smiles, sharp volleys and great poseurs.
