Why Mistresswinckle you may ask!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes I ask that myself, but the simple truth is that during the 17thC married women were known as 'The Mistress off ........ ', hence when I married and became an Aldwinckle it didn't take much configuring before it was shortened to Mistresswinckle.

I enjoy re-enactment as a member of the Sealed Knot Society and can be found on many a Living History Campsite at venues around the country, either demonstrating 17thC technology or using my 21stC trusty camera to capture the moment.

Being able to see things other people may not have the oppertunity to see is one of the reasons I enjoy photography.

Stop and look around you sometimes and you might be amazed at what you see, there is a hidden world out there just waiting to be found. Re-enactment, sport, family, abstract art, seascapes, landscapes, portraits and much more, all can be found on this site.

All you have to do is look.
