This has too be one of the most spectacular sites on which we set up our Living History as we have a magnificent panoramic view of the original Cheriton Battlefield.

Our hosts where Tillier's Regiment of the Sealed Knot and among the invited re-enactment groups were many faces we recognised in the ACW Unit, Monmouth and a plethora of Sealed Knot members in the Napoleonic Group.

Despite a rather damp ( infact it bucketed it down ) battle on the Saturday it didn't dampen the enthusiasm of the re-enactors or the Public who came to watch and Sunday couldn't have been any better with fine weather and huge crowds.

My special thanks has to go to Gillian the land owner who year after year has put every effort into making this event something to remember.  Thank you young lady we hope to see you again in a few years time, so enjoy your rest.
