Now what to say about this match which I only found by trawling through a Devon Football website as few in these leagues seem to have a Social Media presence and often the website are out of date.
On arriving at the pitch it was obvious to me that Wellington where the stronger Team when they were warming up
The early morning sea mist had melted away and the sun shone through to warm things up, so did this game, it got a little over heated at times witch resulted in a Red Card for a Lympstone player but in my opinion Wellington should have suffered the same fate for retailiation. A difficult one for the Ref but it did calm down again.
End to end match and Lympstone did deserve to at least score with the effort they put in but sadly thay had no luck and lost to Wellington 5 - 0. The score seems to indicate that Wellington where all over them but they weren't.
Lympstone need to practice a little more ball control and passes to just infront of a player running onto the ball, that would help there game immensely.
A good match a match I enjoyed.
