For once the weather was kind too us and although a little breezy the sun shone and for October it was warmer than usual.

This led to a decent turnout for the Parade and Service which was good too see although I did miss seeing the 'Children of the Knot' taking part.  Maybe next year. ;-)

It is something very special and I for one appreciate the opportunity to pay my respects to the fallen of all British encounters from the Civil War to modern day.
