An invite to Brooklands the home of motor racing just couldn't be refused despite having to negotiate the slow moving traffic on both the M1 and M25 it was well worth the effort.

The Press Day was to promote the forthcoming 'Double Twelve' event over the weekend of the 14th/15th June and surely must be a must for all Vintage car enthusiasts whether they own a car or just wish they did.

A Bantam, a Cobra and a Morgan where just a few of the cars who took part on the Hill Climb and then ventured onto the old track which evoked lots of memories.

In this Gallery are just a few photos from the day including the nearly completed Velocity Building which is in sharp contrast to the old and beautiful vintage cars but its lines are sensational in my eyes.
