What a simply superb saturday spending time snapping away taking photographs of young lads and lasses having a whale of a time on an Enduro course at Potters Bar.

Some frowns of concentration, some angry looks but most of all you could see the twinkle in their eyes as they completed a difficult section.

I hope to have captured here every youngster that took part and its the taking part that's important, not always the winning.

I'm not sure I fancy riding on a quad again ( once facing backwards was enough ) but the thrills and spills are still there.  Fun to watch and capturing a couple jumping one of the logs was great, the water however was treated with much trepidation'
