Now that was a real pleasure to see as its the last photos I will be taking in 2021 as I travel home shortly to Northants, where there I will be picking up where I left off at the beginning of the year.
A win and 3 points for Lympstone AFC, the first game I've seen where they have won, and what a win. 2-0 against Chard Town.
A good end to end game despite the wind, although shouts to keep the ball on the ground were ignored by both teams, it made for a rather unusual 'follow the ball' type of photography. I swear at times it went backwards as the wind gusted.
I don't normally say anything about supporters but one gent wasn't happy with many of the Ref's decisions and in my opinion tried to sway the Ref's with totally uncalled for comments. (Before anybody say's oh it's a woman commenting, I've had more years than I remember both Training lads, watching matches and taking photos). I'd suggest those who try to sway the Ref should try doing the job themselves.
I will be back in March 2022, so Lympstone I wish you good fortune and see you again then.
