Why Mistresswinckle you may ask!!!!!!!!!!!
Sometimes I ask that myself, but the simple truth is that during the 17thC married women were known as the 'Mistress .....', hence when I married and became an Aldwinckle it didn't need much configuring before this was shortened to Mistresswinckle.
I enjoy re-enactment as a member of the Sealed Knot and can be found on many Living History campsites at venues around the country either demonstrating 17thC technology or using my 21stC trusty camera to capture the moment.
Being able to see things that other people may not have the opportunity to see is one reason why I enjoy photography.
Stop and look around you sometimes and you might be amazed by what you see, there is a hidden world out there waiting to be found. Re-enactment, family, abstract art, landscapes, seascapes, portraits they all can be found here.
All you have to do is look!
