The sun tried to shine on the match between Withycombe and Paignton Ladies but that didn't lift the play from the Withies as they were up against a well trained disciplined team whose determination was outstanding. Paignton used the entire field and boy could some of those young ladies run ably supported by a number of supporters, one couple having come to watch their Grandaughter play.  

The score was 45 to Paignton and 0 to Withycombe although they did have a few opportunities they failed to score.
