Now I'm not sure whether it was my Grandsons persuasive powers or that of Jon Palmer who had spoken to us the previous week, but Monday night saw me taking photos in the drizzle of a laughingly summer evening.
Yes, I enjoyed it as I always enjoy taking photos of people enjoying what is considered to be their hobby. Hobby, more a way of life it seems to me but the weather really wasn't the best for taking photos. So my apologies for the quality.
I would like to thank Jon and the Scrutineers for allowing me to take a few photos from the inside of the track, it really is appreciated.
I won't have the excuse of having a Grandson in tow so whether I come again to take photos I will have to think about, as I also have to think about getting the Photographers Licence as I don't expect my AMCA will suffice.
Thank you once again as the only downside to the evening was me losing the green fleece shooting mittens my late husband had bought for me as he knew no matter what the weather, rain, sun, sleet or snow I just love taking photos.
